Billable Time Calculator

Free billable time calculator: convert hours and minutes, round up to billing increments and calculate the fee.

How the billable time calculator works

Enter hours, minutes, your rate and an optional rounding increment to see billable time and the amount to invoice.

Formula

Billable minutes = total minutes rounded up to the increment. Amount = billable hours × hourly rate.

Worked example

Example: 2h 10m rounded up to 15-minute blocks is 2h 15m (2.25 hours); at 80 per hour the fee is 180.00.
