These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InvoiceSeb at invoiceseb.com (the “Service”), operated by Mofor Devalois Apongshine (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

InvoiceSeb provides free tools for creating invoices and related documents, calculators, converters and reports. No account is required. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create and for complying with the tax, accounting and consumer laws that apply to you.
• You must keep your own backups. Data is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to interfere with or overload the Service, or to attempt unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you enter. Because it is processed on your device, we do not receive or claim any licence to it.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, code, logo and the InvoiceSeb name, is owned by or licensed to Mofor Devalois Apongshine and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law. Third-party components are used under their own licences.

5. No professional advice

Calculators, tax figures, exchange rates and guides are for general information only and are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as hosting and exchange-rate providers. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

7. Advertising

We may display advertising. Ads are provided by third parties and we do not endorse advertised products.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mofor Devalois Apongshine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mofor Devalois Apongshine against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mofor Devalois Apongshine resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new date. Continued use means acceptance. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
