Do I need an account to use InvoiceSeb?
No. There is no signup or login. Open the invoice generator and start straight away.
Is InvoiceSeb really free?
Yes. The invoice generator, calculators, reports and world clock are free to use.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, so clearing your browser data removes it. Use Backup in Reports to keep a copy.
How do I download an invoice as a PDF?
Click Download PDF and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in the print dialog.
Can I create quotes, receipts and purchase orders?
Yes. Choose the Document type to switch between invoice, quote, proforma invoice, receipt, credit note and purchase order.
Can I invoice in other languages and currencies?
Yes. Invoice labels are available in English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese, and you can bill in more than 20 currencies.
Do you support tax-inclusive prices?
Yes. Tick “Prices include tax” and the tax is extracted from your prices instead of added on top.
Can I add my logo and signature?
Yes. Upload a logo and draw your signature on the page; both appear on the invoice.
Can I track which invoices are paid?
Yes. Save invoices to Reports, mark them paid and overdue invoices are flagged automatically.
Does it work on my phone and offline?
Yes. The site is fully responsive and can be installed as an app that works offline once visited.
